Pay per click may be different for many advertisers and for business owners, as this marketing tool is not like the conventional marketing tool. When advertising in the internet emerged, pop-ups came to the scene but it has become annoying for many internet users. One thing about pay per click is that, it does not force itself to the consumers, thus are more appealing and not annoying.

As pay per click is not like the annoying aggressive approach to advertising, it has known to give good results in advertising. In pay per click, you can post your ads in related websites or websites that are relevant to your business.

The ads you have posted in relevant websites does not involve you cost until an internet user is interested and clicks on it. It is in the clicks to your ads, which is also translated as a every potential customer redirected to your site, that advertising cost is involved. For every click, you have to pay the website owner the rate per click you have agreed beforehand.

However, along with the complexities of the internet come the many unscrupulous individuals who may engage in fraud to make money online. There could be mechanical ways to make clicks on somebody’s website to earn from it so the pay per click marketing concept has prevented this by acknowledging only unique clicks to the ads.

What makes pay per click marketing then an effective advertising method? The thing about pay per click is that if properly implemented, the tool brings interested customers online to your website. This makes it reliable in terms of getting good sales of your products or services.

You can also get better results in pay per click since posting your ads on relevant website will generate clicks from users who are interested in your product, and most likely, they already have an interest to buy but is just looking around for a certain product which could be yours. In this way, you are actually making your site accessible by those who are looking for it.

For starters, we should dispel a myth. It is often alleged that Google has ownership of your content (copyright) when you use their blogging service. But this is just not the case. While Google controls their own intellectual rights, your website content is owned by the entitled party or writer. They post this quite plainly within their TOS conditions. http://www.blogger.com/terms.g

Limited content: Google has the right to close down or limit your account if content posted violates their terms of service. Not to worry, though. Their terms of service only limits topics that most people will not write about such as hate, etc. Wordpress allows you to host your own blog on your hosting account. You maintain control of your content, but you still have to work within the boundaries of your host company’s TOS (Terms of Service).

Ease of Installation: Blogger is usually simpler to install. If your hosting company doesn’t have Fantastico as part of its web hosting service, you will have to install Wordpress by hand, which can be difficult — especially if you aren’t very adept with your server control panel and FTP.

Google is the winner when it comes to customization. It’s easier to edit template layouts, styles, and colors with Blogger than Wordpress. With Wordpress, in order to make changes to a template that does not quite suit you as is, you will have to learn PHP and HTML.

Each platform offers dozens of templates; and private individuals have created even more template formats, with the numbers on the rise still. Most third-party templates are free, but they will accept donations. Don’t worry, they are polite about asking for contributions and any that I’ve seen do not spam you or require you to register — though they may request that you retain a very small and unobtrusive link to their website to help them out.

Other widely-used blog software includes Xanga, Drupal (major learning curve), Joomla, and several more.

Blogger, Myspace, Typepad, and wordpress.com all offer free blog hosting.

The bottom line is that it really depends on your technical know-how and how much control you want to have over your site. Select Wordpress if you can find a suitable “canned” template, or if you know HTML and/ or PHP or are willing to try to learn PHP. If your goal is to instantly write on your blog, and you don’t have a lot of money, then select Google.

The Most Important thing to remember when Writing Articles for Online content is just to KEEP IT SIMPLE! ….. And of course only write about WHAT YOU KNOW!

OVERVIEW: The idea is that you write articles and then submit them to lots of different article directories. Those directories promote them and if someone wants to use it on their blog, website or perhaps in an e-book. The people who use the articles get to use them for free as long as they say who wrote them.

You can write about Home Businesses, Personal Development, Cats, Cars or whatever …. I also write articles that are focused on Mums and Babies. Some of them have nothing to do with Internet Marketing, which is my business but one niche I target is Work at home Mums and Young families, so at the bottom of my article I write:

Tracey Dornelles is an online entrepreneur and founder of www.NewLifeHomeBusiness.com.au a marketing company designed to help people create their own home business. If you want to know how you can spend more time with your family and doing the more important things in life go to www.NewLifeHomeBusiness.com.au

My background is in radio and even though I did have to write a bit in my job, I have never considered myself a writer and I don’t think I had even written an article before. What I’m saying is that you really don’t need any experience because people browsing the internet just want short snippets of good information they can read in a short space of time.

People can get bored reading lots of information, so mke sure you write in lots of paragraphs.

* You could also write in point form or in steps, as in STEP 1) STEP 2)

* Now this is important. Writing an article is NOT just a promo for your business, it’s to give people REAL and FREE information. If you just write a promotional article, which isn’t really an article anyway the Article Directories will just reject it anyway.

Another thing to remember is not to expect instant direct responses from your articles – your REAL aim here is to help get your organic Google ranking higher. This takes time, but once you have the skills in writing articles you have them forever. You may have to write between 10-20 articles to start seeing results, but if you start writing 1 every couple of days, then after a while you just have to write 1 a week or less.

There are lots of article directories which you submit your articles who will help romote your article. Just do a search for “Article Directories list”

There are a few more popular ones and I found the biggest to be www.ezinearticles.com But have a look at lost of others too because they may be a niche directory for sports or business etc. If you want you can also submit your articles to your favourite websites. I wrote some baby articles and offered them straight to my favourite baby sites, which they now appear on.

These are a few more I have used: www.goarticles.com www.articleland.co.uk www.articlealley.com

Now you know the basics – Get Writing! The only way you’re going to get any better at this is just to practice. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aside from being an effective marketing tool online, pay per click marketing has also given millions of website owners the opportunity to make money online. Pay per click marketing has truly given everyone a good opportunity in the internet.

Pay per click came out in the internet in 2002 and it has, since then, became a popular advertising tool. It has also gained more popularity as Google adopted the concept for their marketing tool, Google Adwords.

This marketing tool allows you to post your ads on as many websites in the internet, by making an agreement with the website owners. There will be no cost involved in the posting of the ad or text links but once online users get interested and click on your ads, you have to pay the website owner of the agreed cost per click.

There are two ways in determining the cost in pay per click marketing. It can be determined through flat rate and through bid-based.

If you are to advertise using the flat rate pay per click marketing, a flat rate will be agreed between you and the website owner. It is a fixed rate that you will be paying the website owner per click of your ad. You can also keep a rate card containing the different rates for each particular website or web page.

In the bid-based pay per click marketing, the cost per click of the ad is determined through bidding. Together with other advertisers and companies who are interested to post their ads on a particular ad spot, you will be competing to get the lowest cost per click of your ad. However, because this is done through bidding, the rate per click is determined on how much you are willing to pay for every click of your ad.

Whatever model or ways you adopt for your pay per click marketing, it is important to keep in mind the main goal of your pay per click campaign and that is not just getting many clicks to your ad but making sure also that these will be converted to sales.
